Fantasy Basketball, should i keep Steve Francis?

I have Rapher Alston also, and both are pt guards for the rockets, so which one should i keep? whos gonan start? Also in free agency there are guys like Quintin Richardson, Randy Foye, Chucky Atkins, Jason Williams, Jr Smith, Sam Cel, Rasual Butler, any of those guys worth considering?
