My daughter wil not sleep?

She is eight months old & wakes up constantly throughout the night looking for my if I don't give it to her she starts yelling which would wake up my fiance.... she has a pacifier but refuses to take it when she's looking 4 the ..... I'm getting NO SLEEP seeing as I have no one helping me
