Is my meal plan healthy?

It looks pretty good except you need some complex carbs in there, try a little muesli with your fruit and yogurt in the morning instead of the rye toast. Add some chopped celery,apples and lettuce to the tuna salad with a bit of mayo - you do need some fat calories in there to make the body take up the fat soluble vitamins A, D, E & K.
