Bad Credit Personal Loan with only Social Security?

I don't have a co-signer and I am currently a student. I have a part-time job now but only make about $250 a month, plus my social security of $895 a month. I have a car payment now of $500.06 that is way too much for me and it's about to be repo'ed. Is there anyway to get a personal loan and fast? I have an overdue payday loan so I don't qualify for one of those. I tried thinkcash.com but was declined because of too many inquires on my creidt report...from trying to get a loan in the first place. Where can I go for help?
