How to find out if a Wii is ntsc or pal before buying?

If you look on the side of the box, the side with a lot of words. If you look near the right side, there's a little message that says For Sale, Rental, and Use only in the USA, Canada, Mexico, and Latin America. That's an NTSC Wii. It will probably say Thailand instead of USA, etc.
