Why does everybody bash Dirk and say nothing about Tracy McGrady?

It seems amazing how everybody bashes Dirk and says nothing about T-mac. First off let's start with Dirk, Dirk has hit so many clutch shots in his career that has made him a great player. But all I hear is that he is not clutch and cannot carry his team but just 2 years ago everybody was about to jump on is bandwagon when carried the Mavs to the Nba Finals. He hit big shots to beat the grizzlies, he big shots to beat spurs, he scored 50 to beat the suns, he carried his team to the NBa finals, and T-mac on the other hand- never won a playoff series. But yet everybody bashes Dirk, I actually think its racism. Yup Racism, I think it's easier to call a white person Soft and Unclutch then It is for them to call a Black person. I've seen T-mac brick so many gamewinners and No one says anything about that, T-mac always bails out on his team when they are losing(claims that he's hurt). While dirk on the other hand has played injured so many times for the Mavs. You tell me your opinion on this.
