Why don't liberal talk radio shows succeed, and should the Government FORCE US to listen to them?

Funny how you didn't have a problem with the Fairness Doctrine (that was the standard until 1987), until the right-wing con nut jobs told you to have a problem with it with talk about bringing it back. It gives equal airtime to both sides of the issues--you know in the good old days when journalism had higher standards and wasn't so dumbed down. The news is not affected by this because the reporter is supposed to be the impartial reporter of the news, while the guests who get to speak will have to be from opposite sides of the spectrum. Only propaganda stations like FOX News and right-wing and left-wing talk radio will be affected. And if they adjust by being fair and balanced, they will continue to thrive on the radio. Or are you afraid that the more logical and persuasive arguments of the left with be the death or corporate-sponsored, neocon propaganda for good?
