Windows Sidebar, Countdown Gadget.?

I'm looking for a Countdown gadget that I can put on my sidebar that I can set it to what it counts down to. For Example, I want to countdown to Dec. 20, 2007. Does anyone know where I can find this to download onto my sidebar
