Hi im 17 and have marina birth control and would like some info?

hi im 17 and have been with the same guy for 3 years, i was on the depo shot for 2 and i loved it but the doctors recommended i get off of it for health safety, and i just got the marina yesterday (it was the most painfull thing iv ever done) and now today im nauseous and cranky i was wondering what i should watch for and maby here how other ppl reacted to it. or maby something i can take with it to stay healthy also i was wondering if i could use spermicide with it ?
