Would the answer to the grandfather paradox cause another paradox?

A common answer to the grandfather paradox would be that there is multiple-universes. Excepting the idea that there is infinite universes, then wouldn't there be a universe that would have no other universes existing. hopefully this will make sense to someone out there, it has been killing me.
