President elect Obama; was the change candidate...how will he manage his "change" with insiders in his cabinet?

the final decision is ultimately the president's. he's getting as many people as he can with backgrounds necessary to make good plans to which obama can hear and make a decision. just because they're insiders doesn't mean they don't have good ideas.
